I think I am learning a new meaning for the word resilience. Being out of work and with the events of the world, there can be a part of me that wants to power through. That thinks to be resilient is to push through, fix, or make things happen. And when I move like that, I can tell I am putting too much on my shoulders. A sense of trying to control things, that I cannot. So I surrender. I feel my breath, this moment and connect to a stillness within. I see how okay I am, no matter what unfolds. There is a still, calm and loving part of me that will always gently guide me through any situation.
 
I call this stillness, this gentleness: "resilience". A quiet strength, that can harmoniously respond and navigate all currents. Security within. An inner peace that allows me to dance with the galaxies opens space for magic to flow through me. For solutions to naturally arise and for whatever needs to come and go, can do so with love. This is resilience. This is freedom.
 
Whoever you are and whatever you are going through, may you feel into that serenity. That quiet strength that brings forth quiet inner guidance and magical resiliency. With love - Brooke
